On October 29, 2026, the Connecticut Insurance Department (CID) and Connecticut Insurance & Financial Services (CT IFS) will host the third annual ‘Insuring the Future’ summit at the Hartford Marriott Downtown. This year’s theme, ‘Rewriting Risk in an Era of Uncertainty,’ will focus on how insurers and regulators are navigating emerging challenges, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, affordability pressures, evolving health trends, and other global forces reshaping risk.
